Perched high on the hill side, in the interior of the
island, this beautiful newly converted traditional cottage enjoys sensational views across the green countryside
to the blue Aegean and the surrounding islands of Alonissos and Evvia. The position is quiet and
secluded above Anania hamlet, yet it is only a 15 minutes drive down the country lane to Skopelos town, or 10-15
minutes drive to the closest beach. Set within a pretty garden with parking, barbecue and traditional oven, the
house is on two floors.
This accommodation is a real gem, totally traditional in style, converted to a high standard.

Main entrance to a small, attractive and well
equipped kitchen / dining, with table and
chairs, fridge, marble sink and benches,
cooking rings, kettle and lots of extras.
A double door leads to the next room with fire
place in a corner, stone walls with inlaid
shelves and wooden ceiling. this cosy room
can be used either as a living room or a
second bedroom and has two wide built-in
sofas, nice floor with antique tiles and French
doors out onto the slated yard.
A nice, full tiled, simple bathroom is also on the
ground floor with bathtub, basin and WC.

Wooden stairs from the kitchen lead up to the
first floor master bedroom; a spacious, light
and airy room with stone fire place, open
beam ceiling and polished wooden floor. You
can enjoy panoramic views of the Aegean
through the windows all round, even lying down
on the bed platform. French doors lead to a
spacious terrace. |

The large terrace, floored with Pelion slate stone, which runs across the two front sides of the house,
offers wonderful views whilst sitting in the sun or under the shady patio roof..
Under the roofed area
there are chairs and a long chestnut table for dining out.
