The Pounta Peninsular

Peace, quiet and stunning views out to sea and across to Skiathos Town

This is a jewel of a house sometimes described with just one word: "BLISS"

Narcissus is a unique, private & secluded property situated next to the sea, having stunning panoramic views across to the town of Skiathos & along the islandís coastline.

The nearby islands of Maragos, Tsougria, Tsougriaki & even Evvia can be seen across the startling blue Aegean Sea.

This charming house is an original Skiathos dwelling & dates back to the 1800ís.

It has been sympathetically modernised to a high standard to ensure comfort but keeping the traditional feel of the original home.

The well-planned accommodation is on one level, sleeps 4 & comprises:

a kitchen with Al Fresco dining terrace, a large comfortable lounge with open fireplace, a hall, a modern bathroom with large shower area, one double & one twin bedroom.

Outside there is a large sun terrace situated at the front of the property looking towards Skiathos town, plus a large stone jetty for the mooring of a boat.

There is also a private beach ideal for all ages, giving easy access to the sea & safe swimming.

Behind the house is a garden with lemon & orange trees, a shady, tranquil place in the afternoons.

Even though the house is situated away from town the entire island is easily accessible & the town is just a 5-minute drive away or an even shorter boat ride, a wonderful way to do the weekly shop!!

Narcissus is equipped to cater for an easy relaxing holiday. The following items are included for guestís comfort:
TV/ Video, CD/radio/cassette player, 2x Hairdryers, Ironing board & iron, Freestanding fans, 4 sun beds with thick cushions, tables & chairs for al fresco dining in two areas.

Cleaning & Linen change is provided once weekly. If required, further cleaning/linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost. Towels & beach towels are also included.

The house benefits from central heating & is therefore suitable accommodation for anytime of year.

Narcissus House is truly unique in itís location, being private & secluded yet with all the islandís amenities easily accessible but far enough away to ensure exclusivity.

It is also unique in itís style being a house which stands alone at the foot of an olive grove just above the shoreline & NOT a STUDIO/ APARTMENT or ATTACHED to another property or PART of a COMPLEX.

Narcissus is completely on itís own just waiting for you to come and enjoy itís charming atmosphere.

Your Hosts, Gill & Georgos [a local fisherman], live in another property that is set at a good distance from Narcissus, to ensure that your privacy & exclusivity are maintained.

They can even be called upon to provide you with a wealth of local knowledge, especially the best locally owned Tavernís & the secluded coves to go to in your boat!
